I have been wearing these types of shirt for about 5 years and predominantly bought the PGA brand, but those tend to pick easily and are then relegated to knock around or golf shirts. The Sport-Tek brand appears to be holding up much better in day to day wear. I have only seen one pick thus far out of six shirts and it is not very noticeable. These are the only shirts my husband will wear. He has the colarless that he wears for work and he has the ones with colars for everything else.They also come in a great variety of colors. - luicribbage
