1. What is the cost to have my logo embroidered?

That varies based on the logo colors, size, quantity, and if we have any specials.

2. Is there a minimum quantity for embroidery orders?

This depends on the item. Some items will have a minimum of 12.

4. Does Clothing Warehouse charge a setup fee for embroidery?

No. We are currently offering a free setup on embroidery orders, waiving the $40 charge.

5. Do you charge shipping?

Clothing Warehouse provides Free Ground Shipping to the lower 48 states on orders with over 24 pieces of custom embroidered apparel. Orders less than 24 pieces will be charged a flat rate of $20. The free ground shipment over $100 applies to orders with no customization added.

6. How long does it take to receive embroidered apparel?

The standard time frame is 10 to 15 business days.

7. Do you offer rush embroidery service?

Yes, we do. Please call 800-341-9084 to speak with an account manager about rush service.

We prefer .ai, .eps, .png, and .pdf files to ensure best quality. However, we accept all art files!

10. Do you send customers an emailed proof of what the embroidery will look like?

Yes. We require customer approval on all printed or embroidered customization.
Screenprinting FAQ

1. What is the minimum for screen print orders?

The minimum is 12 shirts per design. You can mix and match similar items. For instance 6 men's and 6 women's t shirts will make 12 total.

2. Do you charge a setup fee?

Setup is free with up to 2 colors printed on orders over 36 pieces. If the quantity is less than 36 items, there is a $20 charge per printed color. For orders with more than two colors printed, there will be a $20 charge per color. Repeat orders will be subject to a $10 charge per color setup.

5. What is the standard turnaround time for screen printing?

Standard turnaround time for screen print orders is 10 to 15 business days. If you need the order faster for an event, just let us know. We can work it out with you to make sure all the bases are covered.
