ClothingWarehouse.com can embroider or screen-print just about any item in our store. Just let us know your needs and we will do whatever we can to make sure you have the best experience possible.
1. What is the cost to have my logo embroidered?
Answer: That varies based on the products, quantity, and website specials. We currently have a special going on for Free Embroidery up to 8k stitches (a standard size logo) for one location, either the left or right chest, left or right sleeve, or the back of neck yoke area.
However, since we are offering a Free Embroidery special, you cannot apply a coupon to the order.

2. Is there a minimum quantity for embroidery orders?
Answer: 12 Pieces. You can mix and match between mens and womens. However, the price does decrease as the quantity increases.
3. Do you offer quantity discounts?
Answer: Absolutely! Our quantity discounts for embroidery start at 24 pieces.
4. Does Clothing Warehouse charge a setup fee for embroidery?
There is a $40 setup fee on embroidery orders with fewer than 24 pieces.
5. Do you charge shipping?
Clothing Warehouse provides Free Ground Shipping to the lower 48 states.
6. How long does it take to receive embroidered apparel?
Answer: The standard time frame is 10 to 15 business days.
7. How do I send my art and explain what I want done?
Answer: There are four ways to send art:

8. Do you send customers an emailed proof of what the embroidery will look like?
Answer: Yes. We require customer approval on all printed or embroidered customization.
9. Do you offer rush embroidery service?
Answer: Yes, we do. Please call 800-341-9084 to speak with an account manager about rush service.
1. What is the minimum for screen-print orders?
Answer: The minimum is 12 shirts per design. You can mix and match like items. For instance 6 men's and 6 women's t shirts will make 12 total.
2. Do you charge a setup fee?
Answer: That depends on the quantity. Setup is free with up to 2 colors selected on orders over 24 pieces. Otherwise, there is a setup fee for screen-printing of $20 per print color.
3. How do I send the art file or explain what I want to print?
There are a couple options to send artwork:
A. Click add a logo on the item page and it will walk you through the process.
B. The second option is to click the Get a Quote button on the item page and then fill out the form. You will then receive an email prompt to send your artwork or details of what you want.
C. A third way to send artwork is to submit your screen-print order on the Free Consultation tab. On this tab you can upload the art with your confirmation number.
4. Do you offer rush services?
Answer: Yes we do! Please request a quote on the item page or a free consultation on the tab above. You can also request a quote by calling 800-341-9084.
Note that we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal value to ensure delivery of a rush order.
5. What is the standard turnaround time for screen-printing?
Answer: Standard turnaround time for screen-print orders is 7 to 12 business days. If you need the order faster for an event, just let us know. We can work it out with you to make sure all the bases are covered.

3. You will then be prompted to select your color and sizes, then hit next to upload your logo. If you do not have a logo please do not worry. Just upload a word document telling us what you would like to add and we can work on it from there.
