Wash and dry on gentle and these shirts look like the were ironed. Nice construction, great look. For a shirt that won't ever be tucked, the only complaint is that they could be a little longer. The XL fits me nicely up top, but would be perfect if 2-3 inches longer. You might want to buy 1 size larger - Fast Eddie
