This is a sturdy middle weight canvas bag, not as ridge as some well know boat bags, but not flimsy. The bottom of the bag is strong and once things were put inside, the bag stood upright with out falling over or drooping down. I sewed on logo patches with no issues. I question why the picture on the web site was for a true red bag on a rather white looking bag (which was what I wanted), but only a burgundy on a very creamy canvas could be ordered in the red family. - JAM
